Don’t make the mistakes I did

Don’t make the mistakes I did

Once upon a time, I worked at McDonald’s…

Yep, you heard it, McDonald’s. That huge international burger corporation.

I actually ended up building their complete internal online platform for almost all the franchise stores in Denmark with its more than 5,000 employees – as my own business!

Since then I’ve created other online entrepreneurial projects from a document scanning service to an SMS gateway just to name two.

Some businesses went well, others didn’t

I even had one of my companies go bankrupt because of a leading employee leaking confidential data!

What a mess that was…

At a later point, I began lecturing online marketing at Denmark’s largest university college of applied sciences.

I realised there was a lot being taught about digital marketing everywhere.

But it was so outdated, so very vague and the worst of it all – it didn’t make people succeed.

I strongly believed there had to be a better way for people to create business success.

I did just that by combining my inborn abilities with my digital skills in order to create the best digital marketing training.

Something that would actually make a difference to people, businesses and society.

I began to tweak what I was teaching

When I teach I’m providing strategies and real-life knowledge with hands-on examples.

You know, those things that when you leave a training session – you have learnt real applicable skills you can actually use that same day.

The students loved it. I loved it. There was more to this than I thought.

One day I got approached by an entrepreneur who was amplifying their love for what I was teaching and said he wanted to learn more about the digital entrepreneurial and digital nomad lifestyle.

I realised that some important elements on how to be a true digital entrepreneur were missing.

There is a big difference between digital marketing and digital entrepreneurship were the later also includes everything from legal nitty-gritty to designing your entrepreneurial lifestyle and company tax structures.

So I decided to develop a new teaching concept

I wanted to use the best things I had learnt from my more than 20 years of experience of being a digital entrepreneur.

This includes my digital technical skills with the most up-to-date digital knowledge as well as my unique way of teaching with real usable examples and strategies.

My first teachings began more than 10 years ago and I have kept on developing my unique teaching concept to make it better and better.

I teach entrepreneurs like you on how to design your digital entrepreneurial lifestyle and make good money by using digital technology.

My journey hasn’t been a dance on roses

I have messed up quite a few times!

I wouldn’t have if someone had given me the right guidance and taught me the clever shortcuts from the beginning.

One of the reasons why I’m good at what I do today is, that I’ve learned it all the hard way.

And trust me, I don’t want you to make the mistakes I did…

One of the biggest lessons I have learnt is that you need to be around people with the right experience who are passionate about what they do and have data to back up what they say!

What are some of the biggest challenges in your business at the moment? Write a comment below, I’d love to hear from you!

All the best,
Ricco
